Hurtwood students are busy preparing for another opening of another show with the 50th Year Gala just around the corner.

With audiences not permitted due to current restrictions, the school and the performing arts department took the decision to adapt the much loved Hurtwood musical into a movie spectacular.

The film, which will be released in the summer of 2021, focuses on the inner workings of a busy Hurtwood theatre and will feature songs from Christmas musicals gone by. 

From Chicago to We Will Rock You, from West Side Story to Jesus Christ Superstar, there's bound to be songs and dances you recognise... and maybe even performed yourself!
